If you want to have the expert advice of a monthly CFO meeting but know, or aren't sure if, the numbers your team are producing are accurate then you need a higher level of help. With the Outsourced CFO package you get the same monthly meetings and KPI reports as our Advisor package. But you also get help with improving the accounting and finance function and a "financial face" for your company. Our first meetings will include developing a plan for improving the numbers and procedures along with a time line for rolling it out. On a monthly basis one additional meeting will happen: focused on working directly with your staff to provide direction and move the improvement plan forward. In addition to this internal communication you also gain an external communicator. If you often have to talk with bankers, lenders, landlords, vendors, etc about your finances then you know the world of accounting can sometimes have its own language. We speak that language and will communicate externally on your behalf.

At our highest level package we go beyond simply directing the improvement plan. We move faster up front to put the the quality control and checkpoints in place. With its quality control procedures and checkpoints in place we continue the help by monitoring the new system and ensuring that all the procedures that you put in place are performed. Using both virtual (so you can see progress from anywhere) and real world tools we make sure that the reports you are using to direct your business are timely and accurate.
